RBF Cargocare was established in Felixstowe in 1982 as R Bugg (Forwarding) Ltd. We continue to operate from Felixstowe and for nearly 40 years we have worked hard to develop our knowledge of import / export supply chain and customs clearance requirements.

From our Freight team through customs clearance, haulage and accounts the retention of excellent staff has helped the business to maintain and develop a friendly and professional first-class team. Our knowledge combined with our processes has enabled the business to successfully operate in more specialised areas such as food, fruit, nuts and honey and we are proud members of the NDFTA.

On-going investment in the business means we work closely with IT and port partners to continually develop more effective means of using IT and communications technology. This gives our clients an entirely robust operating platform, greater visibility of their shipments and bespoke reporting against specific criteria.
