Our ability to pre-empt delays and provide flexibility in our services is due to our process, our experience and the quality of the relationships that we foster with our haulage partners and the shipping lines.
If there are delays with terminal operations or port authorities – including Port Health – we will make sure that both our client and receiving warehouse are made aware at the very earliest opportunity.
Where possible we pre-book the delivery prior to clearance.
No-one wants to pay rent/demurrage and we pride ourselves on keeping these charges to a minimum by maintaining a tight control on transport services.
